Founded in 2021 by Nakia Vargas, Above the Line Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Rochester, New York. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities facing financial hardship by delivering education, support, and resources that create pathways for sustainable success and lasting dignity.
